Sarah Abdel-Razek
Sarah is a Senior Director based in our New York office. She specializes in advising clients through highly complex and challenging financial and operational situations to deliver successful outcomes.
Samir Saleem
Samir is a Senior Director in our New York office. He specializes in in-court and out-of-court restructurings where he has successfully supported management teams through challenging financial and operational situations, including operational improvement, reporting, and M&A integration.
Austin Armor
Austin is an Associate based in our Atlanta office. He has worked on a number of corporate restructurings, turnarounds, and M&A transactions across a wide range of industries.
