Led digital transformation efforts in designing and implementing a data estate, integrating 15 source systems with 60+ databases into one source of truth for organizational reporting. Suite of reporting built on the data estate increased operational efficiency, and allowed management team to collect $2M in working capital through visibility into outstanding AR.
Led data modernization initiative for FP&A analytics function to automate all financial reporting using cloud data warehouse solution. Automated suites of reporting for AR, AP, 13 Week Cash Flow forecast and others resulted in saving 1000s of manual labor hours for the FP&A team each month.
Designed and integrated a data platform solution, integrating 14 ERP systems across multiple countries into one, real-time reporting suite for FP&A and operations. Created real-time contribution margin reporting allowing analysis by customer and product, which revealed over $14M of EBITDA uplift opportunity.
Integrated 6 disparate ERP systems from rolled up companies into one consolidated data warehouse solution, allowing profitability analysis across all business lines and job types. This solution was heavily leveraged by management and investment bankers, resulting in a successful exit process.
Served as Head Business Intelligence Advisor and Architect, implemented a variety of data analytics solutions including real time reporting via dashboards to 2000+ store managers across the globe. Led initiative to build AI/ML forecasting models to guide store reopening efforts post COVID-19. Nominated for the Microsoft Partner of the Year award.
Designed and implemented a machine learning forecasting model on an 800 million row dataset of historical inventory movements to identify inventory on hand against lost/misplaced assets, helping validate the company’s borrowing base to secure $50 million in debt financing.
Implemented a framework for self-service analytics and data warehousing allowing analysts to access massive volumes of data without IT support. Worked with the CIO’s team to identify gaps in their current state data architecture and advise on future state architecture.
Worked with the medical device supply chain group to migrate their data to the cloud and in parallel build a suite of dashboards to track the group’s orders in real time. Resulted in improvement of on-time shipping from 85% to 99.9% and an estimated $10M cost savings in the first 12 months alone.
Built an enterprise risk reporting platform that was used by senior executives in meetings with the Federal Reserve. Created a self-service framework that empowered 30+ analysts to leverage the reporting platform to build their own custom reports without IT support.
