Implemented and led vendor management and weekly disbursement process while rebuilding cash flow model for a Sales and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) business facing a downturn in the Solar industry. Coordinated advance payment of $6.8M tax credit, $3.1M AR factoring facility, and $4.5M equity raise to meet short-term liquidity needs.
Managed the wind-down of a lower-margin business unit and oversaw the recapture of nearly 70% of customers into higher margin channels. Oversaw marketing effectiveness work to establish data-driven decision-making by developing Performance Marketing KPIs. Partnered with management team to create benchmarking dashboards for evaluating key marketing metrics across a portfolio of brands for the first time.
