Led treasury and liquidity management initiatives during formal bankruptcy proceedings for global enterprise, including evaluation of cash management system and associated local jurisdictions to minimize trapped international cash.
As financial advisor to the purchaser, provided financial and operational support to stand-up operations post transaction and stabilize financial and liquidity profile.
