Validated and identified $100M of synergy targets for a recent acquisition. Key areas of focus included outbound shipping, warehousing, sourcing, and IT.
Devised turnaround plan in collaboration with sponsor and management team and led identification of SG&A cost takeout opportunity. Executed negotiations with raw materials suppliers and achieved a reduction of ~$450M in excess spend over contract lifetimes.
Identified $12M of cost synergies for a carveout of a division of a publicly listed company. Established and led the Integration Management Office (IMO) for the PE sponsor’s new platform created by integrating this entity with an underperforming PortCo. Led multiple functions, including demand planning and customer transition.
Designated employee, systems, and processes perimeter and baseline operational metrics for the carveout of a health system’s revenue cycle function to become an independent shared services organization. Modeled financial impact for both NewCo and the health system and collaborated with management to develop strategies to mitigate operational impact.
Identified $10M+ in savings opportunities through implementation of best practice operations. Key areas assessed included distribution center / logistics efficiency, inventory planning, and S&OP effectiveness. Delivered 360 assessment detailing savings opportunities, implementation considerations, and next steps.
