Evaluated the Company’s strategy for its SaaS solution business, developed EBITDA and liquidity forecasts, evaluated the potential future viability of the enterprise, and provided recommendations on a path forward.
Identified $100M+ in annual savings at a complex, research-intensive enterprise, then led cross-functional work teams to design and implement the following performance improvement initiatives: online education strategy development, administrative support transformation, and resource allocation, budgeting, and financial forecasting redesign.
Directed a large-scale business transformation initiative focused on developing enterprise and business unit strategies to improve revenue growth and rationalize existing investments, then oversaw the development of a 10-year pro forma to model potential returns.
Performed a detailed assessment of functions within the CFO’s office through data analysis, survey deployment, and stakeholder engagement, then developed a 5-year strategic blueprint to streamline the organization through financial, people, and technology optimizations.
Engaged with 350+ stakeholders across a large university system to develop recommendations to improve human resources and financial operations to prepare for a cloud ERP implementation.
