Executed a commercial transformation for a $250M consumer products company that involved developing and implementing salesforce effectiveness strategies, GMT and marketing optimizations, and organizational and operational improvements.
Conducted a market and business review focused on assessing the market environment through VOC interviews and market research as well as a reviewing of the company’s value proposition and relative strength within he market. Also evaluated the Company’s current business plan, sensitized its operating plan and cash flow forecast based on identified risks and opportunities.
Identified cost reduction opportunities across COGS, headcount, and OpEx levers and developed a value execution plan, leading to a 2-3x improvement in EBITDA margin.
Performed detailed reviews focused on headcount, non-headcount OpEx, and non-headcount COGS to uncover opportunities to realize run-rate cost savings of $5.9M as well as potential future optimization opportunities.
Evaluated the Company’s strategic plan for its SaaS solution business, developed EBITDA and liquidity forecasts, then supported the execution of a 40% reduction in force and the development of a new product and GTM strategy.
Identified $100M+ in annual savings at a complex, research-intensive enterprise, then led cross-functional work teams to design and implement the following performance improvement initiatives: online education strategy development, administrative support transformation, and resource allocation, budgeting, and financial forecasting redesign.
