Select Representative Experience
Led a team charged with identifying revenue and cost opportunities across all aspects of one of the Southeast’s largest providers of Skilled Nursing and Home Health services. Initial assessment identified $60M of opportunity in eight weeks, realized $25M in improved cash flow in Y1 by increasing patient capture through improved sales and marketing strategy, reducing labor costs through back office consolidation, improving supply costs through SKU rationalization and contract renegotiation.
Designed and implemented patient flow and scheduling strategies to increase capacity and utilization, improve patient experience, and reduce overall wait times. Expanded infusion center operations to 7 days a week to support incremental demand. Efforts led to more than $13.5M in annual incremental contribution margin.
Led a team to stabilize the RCM function and deliver increased collections, reduce the cost structure (labor costs and contract consolidation), and improve revenue (service rationalization, payer rates). Served as special advisory board member during a sales process.
Advised lenders of a primary care and urgent care platform by reassessing the operating plan, developing a sensitized forecast and 13-week cash flow, and identifying $1.5M of incremental liquidity needs and $1M of actionable cost savings to stabilize operations and support a timely transaction.
Supported the development and execution of a strategic plan, including negotiations with partner lenders, implementation of cost-reduction initiatives exceeding $5M annually, and rollout of an employee incentive program.
Led efforts to right-size the cost structure through organizational redesign, IT cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and shutting down an unprofitable business line. Redesigned budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management processes to provide transparency around financial performance, maintain lean cost structure, and better manage day-to-day operations.
Supported sponsors of a consumer products manufacturer through a near-term liquidity crunch by evaluating the business plan, validating vendor payment strategies, and sensitizing the liquidity forecast ahead of a $10M capital injection, identifying downside risks and enabling informed, time-critical investment decision.
Led a rapid diligence assessment for a $250M global advisory and advocacy firm ahead of a $40M term debt raise, validating revenue durability, pressure-testing liquidity and downside risks, and confirming finance function readiness to support lender and sponsor decision-making.
