Led the final 6 months of planning and operational readiness for a 2 month shutdown and rebuild of a glass furnace. Developed master schedule, established meeting and reporting cadence while driving progress on all workstreams. Acted as hands-on, on-site project manager during actual construction, keeping the project safe, on schedule and within budget.
