Adam is an experienced finance leader who has served as interim Chief Financial Officer to companies in the restaurant, logistics, and jewelry sectors. He has significant experience with logistics and transportation, consumer and retail, and healthcare clients.
Select Representative Experience
Served as interim CFO of an omnichannel luxury jewelry retailer. Managed the implementation of new ERP system (NetSuite), developed enhanced financial reporting to drive accountability, and led the sale of 50% of the company to Private Equity. Led a $100M capital raise.
Acted as head of FP&A and Treasury post-acquisition by Private Equity. Built liquidity management forecasting tools across various entities, currencies, and operating systems; led the annual budget process; drove a process to identify growth/exit opportunities across multiple business lines.
Acted as interim CFO. Built replacement plan for 500 tractors and 25% of the trailer fleet to be implemented over a 2-year period. Enhanced operational and financial reporting to support quicker and better decision-making.
Served as CFO. Operated and grew an Arby’s franchise from 13 units to 37 units through multiple acquisitions; doubled operating profits on initial locations by developing key metrics and developing incentive plans for managers based on hitting targets.
