Last year brought an abrupt pivot into many aspects of our firm. We mostly left behind Monday morning flights and transitioned to virtual client service. The time saved traveling was poured into new ways of serving clients: virtual warehouse tours, Zoom workshops, shifting logistics models. We improved our hiring processes and onboarded nine new colleagues. We got out from behind our keyboards and hiked millions of steps for charity. As we look forward to 2021, we are excited to ride this growth wave and continue doing what we love: leading clients through uncertain times to achieve successful outcomes.
