Prior to MERU, Eric was at McKinsey & Company. He specializes in company transformations, process improvement situations, growth strategy and end-to-end operations. He has deep expertise in the consumer space, with extensive industry experience in retail, including grocery, apparel, home goods, mixed, specialty, discount, and restaurant.
