Enhanced inventory quality and turnover in a liquidity-constrained environment, resulting in a $500K increase in borrowing base and a 30% reduction in aged inventory. Played a key role in developing the company’s annual budget and overhauling the sales, inventory, and operating plan (SIOP). Reformed the FP&A department by redefining roles and responsibilities. Led initiative to decentralize and improve process in tax department in preparation for M&A activities.

Led project finance modeling; including analysis of federal, state, and local incentives in the green and renewable energy sector. Oversaw completion of all financial and headcount submissions for government grants and incentives. Secured funding for 2 projects securing over $1.4B in federal and state tax incentives and grants.

Leveraged Excel VBA to automate extraction and consolidation of multiple data sources for monthly executive reporting resulting in a 75% FTE reduction in monthly reporting time. Created automated long term plan scenario analysis allowing for instantaneous “what if” analysis for future product, region, and consolidated profitability. Responsible for brand wide rollout of new VIN level profitability analytics tool to finance department.
