Built automated financial statements for the office of the CFO, providing critical financial visibility for the organization and eliminating hundreds of hours of manual work across FP&A and IT teams for lender and board reporting. The reports enabled the executive team to holistically evaluate the entire company’s financial performance, leading to a multitude of opportunities identified for EBITDA improvement.

Led the end-to-end implementation of a machine learning-based revenue recognition model for a large healthcare organization, leading to improved accuracy of year-end revenue to expected AR and over $5M in operational efficiency.

Delivered an end-to-end analytics platform for a large HR Solutions provider, from an analytics readiness evaluation strategy and use case prioritization to platform implementation, data modeling and dashboarding. Solutions built identified over $1M in platform savings, $10M in potential enterprise revenue growth, and $2M decrease in operational costs.

Designed a series of dashboards for hundreds of users across several departments at a large retail company and developed the data pipeline workflows to prepare and automate the data loads for those dashboards. The dashboards analyzed fill rates across departments and product lines, allowing everyone from executives to field force account managers to pinpoint supply pain points quickly and efficiently, identifying over $30M in optimization opportunities across their global supply chain.
