Designed & implemented a full, modern data stack consolidating data from over 50 sources within a Snowflake data warehouse and deliver a suite of financial & operational reports to the company, providing full visibility into the business for the first time post a series of acquisitions.

Led the build out of pipelines, a data warehouse, and Power BI reporting within the Microsoft Fabric environment.  Automated the company’s financial statements and monthly board reporting during the project, saving days of manual work of every month and allowing finance to focus on strategic FP&A.

Designed and developed a series of real-time dashboards alongside the company CFO and sales leadership to provide actionable reporting allowing team to course-correct on a day-to-day basis rather than waiting for month end close.

Data and analytics leader, overseeing the build out of the data engineering, data visualization, and advanced analytics capabilities.  Produced insight-generation tools (dashboards and ad hoc models) used by over 80% of the US business.  Architected suite of dashboards for boutiques that took ‘time to insight’ from quarterly to daily and saved the company over 4k man hours annually.

Led the team responsible for building out a modern data and analytics infrastructure and advanced reporting capabilities.  Took ‘time to insights’ on key management and operations reporting from weeks to near real-time.

Responsible for standing up the analytics and reporting function at company’s newest operating unit.  Buildout included architecture design, reporting requirements gathering, technical development, and stakeholder management.  Successfully built out core reports used by 1500+ users on time and on budget.
