Supported CFO with key strategic initiatives including liquidity forecasting, financial forecasting, cost-take out initiatives, lender reporting, asset sales and financial reporting capabilities. Supported and led stakeholder communications to support covenant waiver and subsequent capital raise.
Served as Interim CFO to support PE acquisition & carve-out. Lead numerous strategic priorities including development of an annual operating plan, development of the finance team and key processes, refinement of the sales & operations planning process, and working capital optimization.
Engaged to provide a business plan assessment focused on liquidity and performance improvement opportunities. Identified ~$24M in EBITDA opportunities (incl. revenue, procurement, facilities and org design) and ~$20M in one-time liquidity levers.
Supported CFO and executive team with key strategic initiatives including capital raise alternatives, strategic options planning, inventory optimization opportunities, cost optimization (identified ~$10M in EBITDA opportunities) and developing the FY25 budget.

Advisor to Texas Utility during their Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Led financial reporting, contract assumption / rejection process and other bankruptcy related processes.
Advisor to large West Coast Supermarket Retailer during their Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Responsible for delivery of multi-asset cashflow model and the management of key stakeholders including company management and the creditors committee.
Advisor to Australian Subsidiaries of Global Financial Services Firm during its Voluntary Administration and subsequent Liquidation. Responsible for preparing scheme of arrangement, asset realization process, project management and reporting to creditors.
Advisor to secured creditor in relation to their AUD$300m exposure to a large timber manufacturer. Secured creditor was able to re-negotiate the terms of their debt and eventually exit.
Seconded to workout team at Large Australian Big 4 Bank to manage a portfolio of 17 files with est. exposure of AUD$200M.
